A self-initiated poster and illustration study inspired by Zeus faber, the John Dory fish, combining bold typography, hand-drawn detail and rough print-like textures.
Zeus Faber began as a visual experiment around the unusual character of the John Dory. The project combines expressive illustration, oversized typography and imperfect textures to build a graphic world that sits somewhere between a vintage specimen poster and contemporary print design. The composition was developed across multiple colorways, including the Sunset and Blue editions.
